MHNA Food Pantry

This ministry exists in order to provide a platform to love God better, love our neighbors well, and to value others more than ourselves. We attempt to value people as God values people.

The MHNA Food Pantry has existed for approximately 15 years and currently receives food from Food Bank for NYC, Feed New York (an initiative of Times Square Church), and through the Salvation Army from a local Stop and Shop Supermarket. The Food Pantry is largely run by volunteers from a number of local churches who: greet and manage flow of clients, move and distribute food, maintain safety, and record the number of clients. We generally serve 150-200 clients weekly.
